After HBS, she joined Bain & Company in New York before transferring to Los Angeles. Her career spans investment banking, venture capital, healthcare, education, pharmaceutical sales, startups, and operations leadership. As the daughter of a Coast Guard Captain and sister to service members across the Army, Navy, and Fire Department, Margaret is especially passionate about helping military applicants gain admission to top MBA programs. She specializes in translating military leadership and mission-driven experience into the strategic management language M7 business schools value most. A native Long Islander and former collegiate lacrosse athlete, Margaret now lives in Los Angeles with her family. She enjoys helping clients craft compelling narratives that connect their past experiences with their future ambitions and unique value to an MBA class. Alex Alex earned his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he focused on marketing and completed the International Global Management Certificate program. He has also served as a Stanford alumni candidate interviewer and completed executive education coursework in Strategic Marketing Management and Digital Marketing. Alex specializes in advising MBA applicants on admissions strategy, essays, resumes, and interviews, with particular expertise helping military and veteran candidates position their leadership experience for top programs such as Stanford, Harvard, and Wharton. His highly personalized approach helps applicants craft compelling, differentiated stories that stand out in competitive admissions processes. Professionally, Alex has built an international career in the high-tech industry spanning product management, marketing, business development, and alliance management. A published writer and experienced global traveler, he is passionate about helping candidates communicate their leadership potential and achieve their MBA goals.
